It started with a feeling.

After years with the same financial consultant, our co-founder realised something uncomfortable: the only time he heard from his advisor was when a policy was about to renew. No check-in when he changed jobs. No call when he got married. No message when markets turned volatile. Just silence until there was a commission on the line.

So he switched advisors. Not because the products were bad. But because the relationship felt very transactional.

Milestone was built to fix that gap.
