Milestone is a relationship management tool for independent financial advisors. It provides client milestone tracking, AI-powered insights, WhatsApp notifications, and email drafting tools.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, continued use of the Service requires a paid subscription. Pricing is available at milestonehq.co/#pricing.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

You retain ownership of all data you input into Milestone, including your clients' personal information. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right and appropriate consent from your clients to store their personal data in a third-party application.
By using AI Insights, you acknowledge that client data is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Do not store highly sensitive financial data that you are not authorised to share with third-party processors.
Data Processing Agreement (DPA): To the extent that you are subject to the Singapore PDPA or equivalent data protection laws, the following applies: Milestone acts as a data intermediary processing personal data on your behalf. By accepting these Terms, you and Milestone agree that:

The Milestone name, logo, software, and all associated content are owned by us. Nothing in these Terms grants you a right to use our trademarks or branding.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Milestone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
AI-generated insights are suggestions only and do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. You are responsible for all client communications and decisions made using the Service.
You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Danger Zone. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
