Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Your 30-day trial starts the moment you sign up — no card, no commitment. You only need to pay if you decide to continue after the trial ends.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your account is paused — your data is safe and nothing is deleted. You can subscribe any time to pick up right where you left off.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel any time via email to
[email protected] and your subscription stops at the end of the billing cycle.
How many clients can I add?
Unlimited. Whether you have 50 clients or 500, Milestone handles it. There's no per-client pricing or tiered limit.
Is my client data safe?
Yes. All data is stored on Cloudflare's global infrastructure, encrypted at rest and in transit. We never sell or share your client data. See our

Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export your email log as a CSV from the app at any time. Full client data export is also supported.
Do you offer team or agency plans?
Not yet — Milestone is currently built for solo consultants and small practices. If you're a team of FAs or a larger agency, email us.
